Yes, our truck is BYOB. You can bring your own drinks and put them into our built-in cooler. We will have ice in the cooler for you! Liquor and jello shots are acceptable but no glass of any kind is allowed on the truck.

No, please refrain from bringing or eating food on the truck.

We currently have 2 pickup locations; The Avenue and The Ugly Monkey. Please see our booking page for the exact address for each location.

Yes, we operate almost exclusively in the downtown Raleigh area. If you are looking for a pickup location outside of that area please reach out as there may be an additional cost.

Just a few locations in town. The Cardinal and Whiskey Kitchen prefer that we do not drop off groups of people. If you would like to get picked up at either of these locations to start your ride, please reach out to those establishments to coordinate.

Absolutely! Just send us an email to let us know and we will add it to your booking so that the driver is aware. You can coordinate this with your driver.

With the base Kid’s Party, we provide the truck, fireman’s jackets and plastic children’s fire helmets. We are excited to now offer Firefighter themed goodie bags as an add on.

Well, that is really up to you! You are welcome to choose your stops or our team is happy to choose for you. Our drivers are great at selecting places based on the vibe you are looking for.

Yes, we are happy to be a part of your big day! Weddings are a specialty booking so please send us an email to discuss the details.

Yes (of course) – all you have to do is hook your phone up to our Bluetooth speaker system, turn on your favorite music, and have a blast!

Must cancel one week before your scheduled tour for a full refund. We will be happy to reschedule your ride for a date of your choosing. We encourage rescheduling for a later date or getting a voucher in lieu of cancellation.
